Return & Exchange Policy
What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order (Please note, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene), provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original jewelry box. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 30 days.
Have no signs of wear or damage
In its original condition with tags still attached (if any).
What items are non-refundable?
Items marked as final sale.
Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return
The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within two weeks to the original form of payment.
Please note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same. So please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your order back if you have any questions.
What's the return process?
Return parcels must be sent to specific addresses via service email which we will provide to you.
Send return order requests to email@example.com, including the pictures of products and your order number.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
We offer free exchanges on all orders. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number displayed on your receipt and our Customer Happiness Team will help you process the exchange with free return postage.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect item, send us an email at email@example.com with a photo of the defect, as well as your order number and we’ll be happy to help correct it for you.
